Eligibility Criteria of CG PET 2014

Before filling the form, candidates must read the eligibility criteria to check if they are permitted to apply or not. Below are the conditions of eligibility:

• Age of candidates must not be more than 30 years.

• Candidate should be a permanent resident of the state of Chhattisgarh

• He/she must have cleared class XII examination with at least 45% (40% for SC, ST, OBC)

• Candidate must have chosen physics and math as compulsory and chemistry/biology/biotechnology as optional subjects

 

CG PET 2014 Application Form and Process

To apply for the entrance test, candidates have to fill the application form which would be available at the head post offices of the districts for Rs.500. Candidates have to fill the form and affix the photos for completing the form filling. Afterwards, submit it at the post office itself.

CG PET 2014 Counselling

Candidates have to register themselves on the website after being enlisted in the merit list. To participate in counselling, candidates have to pay fees after online registration. Afterwards, their documents will be verified. All the documents must be brought in originals. On allotment, candidates have to report at the institution and pay the admission/semester fee to confirm the seat.

 

CG PET 2014 Result and Selection Process

Candidates would be selected for allotment on the basis of merit list ranking and availability of seats. Result would be declared in the form of merit list in which candidates would be arranged on the basis of examination marks. The enlisted candidates would be able to able to take part in the counselling process where they shall mark options of college and course as per priority.

 

Note: 10% of the available seats will be reserved for those who have qualified and applied on the grounds of JEE Main 2014.
